Delivery

Returns
30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.

UK Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. If you need your order sooner, Next Day delivery is available at checkout for orders placed before 2pm GMT, Monday to Friday. International shipping times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey. If you haven't received tracking details within 48 hours of ordering, contact us at aurishltd18@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. Once received, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
Yes — exchanges are available within the same 30-day window, subject to stock availability. We recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original item to avoid delays, especially during limited drops.
